I am the data controller for the personal information you provide to me.

Where I have been appointed by you and/or entered into a contract with you, I may process your personal information to fulfil the terms of our appointment and/or contract. I do not share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties (without your consent), except when required to by law, governmental requests, a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process.
I do not sell your personal information.

• Contract – to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to provide mediation services once you become a client
• Legal obligation – to keep records I am required to keep
• Legitimate interests – to run and protect my business, including managing enquiries and keeping basic contact details
How long I keep your information
I keep your personal information only for as long as necessary:
• To respond to your enquiry, or
• To provide mediation services and meet my legal and regulatory obligations
After that, information is securely deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You have rights under UK data protection law, including to:
• Access a copy of your personal information
• Ask me to correct inaccurate information
• Ask me to delete your information in some circumstances
• Ask me to restrict or object to how your information is used in some circumstances
• Ask for certain information to be transferred to another provider
