Where I have been appointed by you and/or entered into a contract with you, I may process your personal information to fulfil the terms of our appointment and/or contract. I may disclose your information where I believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding potential violations of my policies, suspected fraud or situations involving potential threats to safety of any person and illegal activities. I do not share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties (without your consent), except when required to by law, governmental requests, a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process.

I keep your personal information only for as long as necessary:
• To respond to your enquiry, or
• To provide mediation services and meet my legal and regulatory obligations

After that, information is securely deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You have rights under UK data protection law, including to:
• Access a copy of your personal information
• Ask me to correct inaccurate information
• Ask me to delete your information in some circumstances
• Ask me to restrict or object to how your information is used in some circumstances
• Ask for certain information to be transferred to another provider
